Ms. Johnson has over twenty years of experience in retained search. Prior to starting Capstone, Inc., she spent eight years managing the technology practice for a retained search firm located in New York's Capitol Region. In a technical capacity, Ms. Johnson held senior assignments in manufacturing and product engineering at Texas Instruments and Apple Computer. During her employment with Apple Computer, she was selected to assist in the technology transfer and manufacturing operation of Apple's desktop computer systems to Singapore. Ms. Johnson is familiar with many modern manufacturing and technology processes. She is a graduate of Union College and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Manufacturing Processes and Engineering Economics.

Mr. Dollar comes to Capstone, Inc. with 8 plus years of recruiting experience within the Information Technology and Engineering industries. Prior to joining Capstone, Inc, Jeff served on the management team for a leading technology search/consulting firm located in New York’s Capitol region where he was responsible for a variety of strategic and operational initiatives. Mr. Dollar began his career with Computer Task Group, an international consulting and managed services organization where he held several senior roles in technology recruiting. Jeff’s diverse background in retained, contingency, and consulting environments provides a unique skill set for Capstone’s clients to utilize his expertise across multiple markets within this industry. Mr. Dollar is a graduate of SUNY Cortland with a Bachelor of Science.
