At Capstone, Inc.,  we base our search on a clear understanding of our client's needs. We take the time to get a complete picture of the client's corporate structure, technology, operating principles and goals. We work with them to develop a comprehensive position description. Only then do we turn to the task of identifying prospective candidates for each position.

How Our Process Works

	Meet the team We take this opportunity to meet and interview several members of the client's organization. The desired outcome is to educate ourselves on the company, its products and services, and the position. This allows Capstone to calibrate with the client and create a collaborative position description.
	Utilize the Capstone Network: Develop a multi-faceted plan of action Capstone utilizes several sources to identify a pool of candidates who are ideally not in the job marketplace. Our network includes, but is not limited to: Internet research; conference and association lists; professional societies; and strong university ties.
	Extensive Candidate Interviews: Due Diligence is the Cornerstone of our Success Capstone uses a variety of techniques to assess a candidate’s capabilities. Extensive phone and in-person interviewing, personality profiling, developing of case studies and extensive referencing are all part of our process.
	Compensation Negotiation: Capstone plays an active role in ensuring a successful ending to the hiring process. Compensation surveys and negotiation, the introduction to realtors and spousal assistance are functions that often contribute to a more complete process. Regular client and candidate follow-up is part of ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into the new organization.
